The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft brews and cocktails and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and serving food in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
