The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Bartender Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience. What will you do? Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner. Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures. Record all waste. Participate in the set up and breakdown of the assigned locations. Help work in the back of house to prep food during events. Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed. Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine the correct change for guests. Account for all transactions. Perform other duties as assigned. More about you Must be at least 18 years old Weekend availability required High volume bar experience required Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift. Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds. May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces. Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
