What will you do? Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner. Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures. Record all waste. Participate in the set up and breakdown of the assigned locations. Help work in the back of house to prep food during events. Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment. Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed. Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine the correct change for guests. Account for all transactions. Perform other duties as assigned.
