Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally Oversee night club or banquet bar setups for special events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and basic math skills for transactions and end-of-shift balancing Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with retail math and cash handling is essential Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and increase revenue opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling, and proper alcohol serving protocols Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus; familiarity with brewing processes is beneficial Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Basic math proficiency for cashiering, food industry transactions, and retail math calculations Join us as a Lead Bartender to craft memorable experiences while leading a passionate team.
