  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. No experience as a bartender needed but restaurant experience is a plus.
  • $12 for bartender training and $14 an hour plus tips once fully trained as a bartender!
  • Must be able to work at least 3-4shifts per week
  • Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate cash registers accurately, handling payments and processing transactions efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; assist in ordering as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the cocktail industry, and promotional offerings. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes is highly desirable. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours in nightlife settings such as nightclubs or restaurants. Familiarity with culinary practices related to food pairing with beverages is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
