Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cashing out customers, balancing registers, and performing cashiering duties with precision. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices in accordance with legal requirements. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as needed. Uphold excellent customer service standards by creating a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or hospitality venues while ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate change distribution. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly within legal limits; familiarity with beverage brewing processes is a plus. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members across food service and catering operations.
