Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty drinks following established recipes and mixology standards Manage cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change using POS systems and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards Assist with beverage recipe development to enhance menu offerings and promote specials to boost sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service flow Skills Extensive experience with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing Strong knowledge of beverage preparation including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and mixology techniques Proven ability to manage time effectively in high-volume settings while maintaining quality service standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and restaurant operations in fine dining or hospitality environments Ability to develop new beverage recipes and promote menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Experience working in hospitality industry roles such as bartending, serving, or restaurant management; banquet or catering experience is a plus Basic math skills for retail math calculations including cash handling and billing accuracy Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Join our work family where your enthusiasm meets professional growth!
