Job Description
Server Job Title:
Server Reports to: Management Team—General Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Director of Events, Event Coordinator Wage status: Hourly+ service charge Education Pursuing any degree Experience 2+ years serving experience and basic cocktail knowledge Communication Must be able to communicate with a diverse work force, which includes snack bar attendant, bartenders, cooks, and the management team. Physical Demands Must be able to move quickly; must be able to stand for long periods; must be able to lift, push, and pull 20 pounds. Psychological Demands Must be able to work with sense of urgency; must possess the ability to multitask; must pay close attention to details. Work Demands Must be able to stay calm and fulfill the requests of multiple guests simultaneously without getting flustered. Working Conditions La Crosse Country Club's Mulligans servers will work a variety of conditions. Shifts vary from indoors and outdoors.Job Types:
