Restaurant Bartender

Compensation:

$6 hourly plus tips

Responsibilities:

Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks

Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills About Company The Four Seasons Island Resort and its amenities include a delightful 9-hole golf course, salon and spa, indoor saltwater swimming pool, tennis court, and much more.
