Compensation:
$6 hourly plus tips
Responsibilities:
Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills About Company The Four Seasons Island Resort and its amenities include a delightful 9-hole golf course, salon and spa, indoor saltwater swimming pool, tennis court, and much more.
