Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your passion for craft beverages and exceptional customer service will shine! Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your energetic personality, will help foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat visits Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed Operate POS system; SpotOn, to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to keep offerings fresh and exciting Handle cash and credit card transactions securely while processing payments swiftly Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service within a hospitality environment, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail mixology techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as SpotOn; experience with cashiering is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage recipe development and understanding of brewing processes is advantageous Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations Previous bar management or catering experience is beneficial but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
