Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages and food that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages annd food according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink and food orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining knowledge of retail math for inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and health standards in the preparation and serving of drinks. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and keep inventory records up-to-date. Skills Strong background in hospitality with experience in food service or the food industry preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes is essential. Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail. Familiarity with food safety practices to maintain health standards within the bar area.
