Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; respond promptly to any issues or emergencies. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts while managing inventory levels using retail math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and increase revenue opportunities. Experience working in various settings including restaurants, retail outlets, or catering environments is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing are essential.
