Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently while maintaining accountability Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to excite guests' palates and boost sales Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure seamless service Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience working in fine dining establishments or hospitality settings preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beer trends, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
