Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through menus, offering recommendations to enhance their dining or drinking experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using our OrderCounter POS system, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety protocols Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, adhering to food handling and safety standards at all times Upsell menu items to boost sales while providing personalized service tailored to guest preferences Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate large parties or catering events, ensuring seamless service delivery Requirements Preferred - Proven experience in food service, with a strong focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts, multitask efficiently, and prioritize guest needs in fast-paced settings Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and alcohol serving regulations Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters positive guest interactions Previous experience in retail math or hospitality roles that require attention to detail in cash handling and sales transactions Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
