Twin Lakes has plenty of familiar spots. The Twisted Hook is here to be something else entirely. We're a new kind of lake-town restaurant and bar—elevated but unpretentious, polished without the attitude, and built to bring something fresh to the local scene. The Twisted Hook is where thoughtful food, sharp cocktails, and high standards meet a laid-back, lakeside energy. We're hiring Dishwashers / Barbacks / Bussers who know that a great service experience starts behind the scenes. These are not "entry-level filler" roles—they're essential positions for people who move fast, stay sharp, and take pride in keeping the entire operation flowing. What You'll Do Keep the heartbeat of service moving by maintaining clean, organized stations Support both front and back of house with urgency and awareness Reset and maintain dining spaces with speed and attention to detail Assist bartenders and servers by stocking, clearing, polishing, and anticipating what's needed next Keep dish and kitchen flow efficient, clean, and organized Help create a polished guest experience by making sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly Jump in where needed—because great teams don't stand still What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and real dependability Comfortable working on your feet in a high-energy environment Fast, focused, and detail-oriented Team-first mindset with a no-ego attitude Pride in doing the work that keeps everything running Restaurant experience is a plus, but hustle and attitude matter more Why The Twisted Hook We're not building another typical lake bar.
