Bartender / Team Member Wanted — Riley Tavern (Verona, WI) Riley Tavern is looking for a friendly, reliable bartender to join our team! We're a family-style, community-focused tavern known for movie nights, trivia, live music, and great bar food (pizza, burgers, and more). If you love people, don't mind wearing a few different hats, and want to be part of a laid-back, welcoming spot, we'd love to meet you.

Position:

Bartender (Cross-Trained Team Member) While your main role will be behind the bar, we're a small, close-knit team — so you'll also help out with running food, light food prep, and general front-of-house support as needed. Every shift looks a little different, and we all pitch in together. What You'll Do Mix and serve drinks with a friendly, welcoming attitude Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests as needed Help keep the bar and patio area clean, stocked, and running smoothly Support event nights — trivia, live music, movie nights — and help keep the vibe fun and relaxed Jump in wherever the team needs a hand (Barback or Food runner) Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines What We're Looking For No bartending experience required — we'll train you! Some experience is a plus, but a great attitude matters more. Friendly, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys working with people Reliable and a team player — willing to help wherever needed Must be 18+ (or as required by Wisconsin law for alcohol service) Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed for events Schedule Both full-time and part-time positions available — flexible scheduling Pay $10.00/hour base wage + tips Tips typically add $10-$40+ per hour , depending on the shift and events Why Riley Tavern?
