Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy shifts. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
