Schedule/Hours:
Orientation dates available throughout the year, from May to November Flexible assignment starts based on orientation schedule Summer holiday coverage required for 1-2 out of 3 holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) Potential floating within the same discipline across local campuses
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license with current MS experience Proficiency with
EPIC EMR
systems Strong adaptability and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Enthusiasm for collaboration with diverse teams Willingness to float across campuses as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team Manage patient care, documentation, and interventions using the
EPIC EMR
system Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards Contribute clinical judgment to enhance patient outcomes Adapt efficiently to new environments, assignments, and workflows
