Core Responsibilities Execute full steps of service with accuracy and pace. Guide guests through food and beverage menus. Coordinate with support staff to maintain service flow. Ensure accurate order entry and payment processing. Maintain organized work ares during peak periods. Standards & Accountability Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service. Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times. Represent Thirteen's hospitality culture consistently. Qualifications Full-service experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak-event shifts.
