Full Job Description Position Overview:
As a Bartender at The Legend Clubs, you play a key role in crafting exceptional cocktails and enhancing memorable experiences for our guests. With your passion for mixology and dedication to customer service, you contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our establishment. Responsibilities:
Craft delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. Enjoy creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles, and pairing drinks with food to elevate the dining experience. Exceed patrons' needs and expectations by being welcoming, personable, and attentive to their preferences. Prepare alcoholic beverages for both the bar and restaurant needs, ensuring quality and consistency in every pour. Assist in planning and serving the bar menu, collaborating with the team to offer a diverse and appealing selection. Maintain bar inventory by restocking and replenishing supplies to meet demand. Verify customers' age and identity to confirm legal drinking age, upholding compliance with regulations. Adhere to food and beverage regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current laws and regulations regarding alcohol service, prioritizing patron safety at all times.
Knowledge and Skills:
Previous food and beverage experience required, with a background in service or bartending preferred. Strong mixology skills, with the ability to craft a wide range of cocktails and drinks with precision and creativity. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations. Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain bar inventory and uphold cleanliness and orderliness in the workspace. Knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices and identification verification procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be over 18 and able to acquire a Bartending License. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and reliable transportation are essential. Food and beverage experience preferred but open to training for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
