Looking for a fun bartending job where you'll get to know your regulars and enjoy working with great customers? Kip's Inn is a friendly neighborhood bar in West Allis, and we're looking for a dependable, outgoing bartender to join our team. What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips. Tips are paid out at the end of every shift —no waiting until payday. Friendly, loyal, generous customers who appreciate great service. A fun neighborhood atmosphere. A supportive team environment. Flexible schedule. Available Shifts 2 afternoon shifts: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM 2-3 closing shifts: 8:00 PM - approximately 2:00 AM (up to 2:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays) Closing times may be earlier on slower nights, but never before 12:30 AM.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting every customer with a smile as they walk in. Providing outstanding, attentive customer service in a welcoming neighborhood bar. Keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked for the next shift. Accurately handling cash and credit card transactions. Arriving on time for every scheduled shift. If you're unable to work a shift, you are responsible for arranging coverage with another bartender. Maintaining a safe, inviting atmosphere for all customers. Requirements Must be able to obtain a West Allis Bartender License . Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Absolutely no drinking or any other form of impairment before or during your shift.
