We feature full-length par 3s, triple tees, and pristine bent grass surfaces. Under new ownership, we have completely revamped our facilities, launching a remodeled clubhouse featuring a full bar and a brand-new kitchen. We are looking for an outgoing, multitasking professional to join our team in a dynamic, dual-purpose role. Position Summary The Bartender / Pro Shop Attendant serves as the welcoming face of Spring Creek Golf Center. In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they book a tee time to their post-round drinks. You will split your time between managing pro shop operations, providing excellent hospitality behind our newly remodeled bar, and taking immense pride in the upkeep of our facilities. A pristine clubhouse is central to our guest experience, and a heavy emphasis of this role will be placed on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bar, restaurant, and pro shop. Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Facility Upkeep (High Priority): Relentlessly maintain a spotless bar area by continuously wiping down bar tops, sanitizing workstations, and cleaning spills immediately. Routinely clean and reset restaurant tables, arrange seating, and ensure the dining floor is free of debris. Execute detailed opening and closing cleaning checklists, which include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing touchpoints. Wash, sanitize, and polish all glassware, ensuring bar equipment and taps are meticulously maintained. Monitor the overall clubhouse presentation, proactively emptying trash receptacles and maintaining clean, well-stocked restrooms. Pro Shop Operations Warmly greet golfers and guests as they arrive at the clubhouse. Answer phone calls, schedule tee times, and answer questions regarding course rates and conditions. Efficiently check in golfers, manage the flow of play, and process payments accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Bartending & Hospitality Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following standard recipes. Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked bar inventory. Strictly adhere to all state, local, and internal health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Comply with all state and local laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol. Qualifications Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Wisconsin (18+). A strong eye for detail and a high standard for cleanliness and facility presentation. Previous experience in bartending, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred. A basic understanding of the game of golf and golf course etiquette is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and transition smoothly between cleaning duties, the bar, and the pro shop. Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Join the Spring Creek Team? Work in a beautiful, vibrant environment at a nationally recognized golf course. Be part of an exciting new chapter with our recent clubhouse renovations and expanded beverage operations. Opportunities to connect with the local community in a fun, active, and social setting.
