Server/Bartender

Join the Team at Second Salem Brewing Co. Second Salem Brewing Co., an award-winning brewpub in downtown Whitewater, is currently hiring part-time servers and bartenders (15-25 hours per week). We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in providing great service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you appreciate quality food, craft beer, and a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain clean, organized dining areas Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Make recommendations and answer questions about menu items Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Process payments and manage checks accurately

Qualifications:

Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented Strong communication and people skills Availability for nights and weekends is required Must be 18yrs or older

Compensation:

Average earnings of $17-$20 per hour, including hourly wage plus tips
