Job Description
Job Overview Join our vibrant Indian Shores Resort team as a Campground Bartender, where you'll be the heart of social gatherings and the face of exceptional hospitality. In this lively role, you'll craft refreshing beverages, serve guests with enthusiasm, and create memorable experiences. Your energy and customer service skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring visitors enjoy their time at our scenic campground. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen areas, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, and requesting orders from management as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, including themed weekends or private events held at the campground. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment is a must. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings. Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous. Experience in serving food and beverages at catering or food industry venues is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with food safety standards, basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations, and food handling procedures are essential.
