Job Description
Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Promote drink specials or menu items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food service and beverage preparation techniques
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills.
