Job Summary:

Duties:

• Train and supervise staff members, including bartenders, cooks, and servers
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures ```

Skills:

• Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes
• Proficient in food safety practices and regulations
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Culinary background with knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
• Excellent kitchen management skills, including inventory control and cost management
• Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of employees
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain quality standards
• Familiarity with coffee preparation methods and techniques
