Job Description
We are looking for a PT bartender to join our staff at Alma Bea restaurant in Shepherdstown. Lots of possibilities to use your creativity, relaxed atmosphere and super wonderful staff. Must be able to work a full bar, be a team player, with a good sense of humor!
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service Experience
- Able to keep simple weekly inventory sheets
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
