Job Description
As a bartender you are require to deliver outstanding customer service by preparing quality beverages, maintaining an organized and efficient bar, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service and food safety standards. Prepared and served alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Delivered exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Verified customer identification and complied with all alcohol service laws and company policies. Processed cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately while balancing the cash drawer. Maintained a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Monitored inventory levels and restocked liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies as needed. Recommended drinks, upsold premium beverages, and promoted featured menu items. Prepared garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients to ensure efficient service. Collaborated with servers and kitchen staff to provide timely, accurate food and beverage service. Followed food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
