Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and food handling, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to enhance sales opportunities. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Willing to train the right person. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus.
