Over time, the Club has evolved from solely a golf and dining club, to offering a variety of facilities and services that warrant the reputation HCC holds today. Our membership programs and activities will provide you abundant opportunities to develop and maintain camaraderie with old and new friends, and also enjoy activities for the whole family. Golf Operations Team Member Responsibilities Works with fellow golf operation staff to provide top service to the members In a courteous and friendly manner provide carts and range balls for Members and Guests while keeping all work areas clean, orderly and safe. Greet Members and Guests in a friendly and courteous manner while projecting a professional image. Communicate in a clear, pleasant and professional manner miscellaneous information that will assist the Member/Guest with their experience Deliver carts from the cart barn to the daily staging area. Provide golf cars that are clean, safe, and properly prepared with a towel, full sand bottle, pencil, scorecard, and tees. Perform periodic cart maintenance and special repair. Assist Members and Guest as they depart from the facility. Be certain all golf clubs are cleaned. Work with Golf Shop Staff to ensure that all club rules are followed. Education
