June 23, 2026 Summary Distributes pool towels to resort guests and provides them with a warm and sincere guest service. Monitors and ensures the return of resort property. Provides food service as requested. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Greets guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. Assists guests with their needs related to the pool area. Responds to guest requests, comments and concerns in a timely manner.

Maintains cleanliness of general pool area including emptying used pool towel bins, organizing pool furniture, collecting towels, and neatly arranging the pool towel storage shelves.

Confirms guest registration prior to issuing resort property.

Is responsible for monitoring product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property Reports all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to security department. Provides general public assistance, instruction and/or guidance for guests. Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pool facility Support special events and poolside activities as assigned. Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Customer service experience is required. Alcohol Awareness training is required.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have general PC skills and broad knowledge of current and standard software applications and hotel systems (Microsoft Office, Delphi, Visual One, etc.).

  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
Language Skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lean and walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
