General Description:

Bellman/Drier assists guests with their luggage, transportation, and general guest service needs

Work Requirements:

Assist the Front Office team in reaching guest service and revenue goals

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting and conversing with guests in a professional manner Responsible for driving vehicle from hotel to appropriate destination according to assigned schedule Carries guest luggage to and from vehicle Obeys California State and city traffic laws Keeps company vehicle in a clean and respectable condition Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special event Delivers amenities and other items to guest rooms Assists guests with any other reasonable request

Job Requirements:

The ideal Driver candidate will have some previous Bell experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a positive, upbeat individual who can deliver total guest satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent Valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner Exceptional communication skills Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice Must have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand-upright for entire shift Ability to type Heavy work -exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, and/or 50 lbs of force frequently and/or up to 20 lbs of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects Must arrive to work well groomed, with pristine hygiene, and professional attire
