Job Description
Posted Friday, July 10, 2026, 5:00 AM The Bell Coordinator provides a warm, hospitable greeting and salutation to all guests, realizing that the Guest Services team creates the first and last impressions of the guest experience. Ensures that all resort guests are oriented to the property professionally and offered services in accordance with their needs. Answers the phone in a positive and upbeat manner using phone etiquette in accordance with OVI standards. Directs all requests to the Guest Services team based on the service needs of the resort. Ensures the bell stand is always attended. A successful candidate possesses a positive, outgoing and friendly personality. Ability to follow the OVI standards of Presentation. Ability to follow the OVI standards of Body Language. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding. Ability to provide a high level of verbal and written communication. Ability to work cohesively with other employees as part of a team. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations. High school graduate. Demonstrate a high level of computer skills. Legal ability to work in the US. Ability to do basic arithmetic.
