Job Description

Lodge Ambassador The Lodge ambassador is the face of the Lake San Marcos Lake and Lodge, as well as Citizens Development Corporation. Here you will forge relationships with active and recurring members to maintain and create a sense of community within Lake San Marcos. You will set the pace for all the engaging benefits that are offered to our members. Ambassadors are expected to retain a professional and upbeat demeanor as a representative of the company. The duties of a Lodge Ambassador include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Take recreation court reservations.
  • Boat dock cleaning.
  • Lake clean-up, including clearing docks, canals, and community docks of debris/trash.
  • Clean up requests for private docks/boats.
  • Issuing access passes to property
  • Understanding and enforcing Lake San Marcos Rules and Regulations.
  • Verifying membership by utilizing club management software.
  • Handing out appropriate forms to new members and residents.
  • Provide membership information for outside inquiries and current members.
  • Checking property daily for issues, repairs, liability issues and non-members.
  • Monitor recreation courts to verify all members.
  • Make nightly cash drops and bank audits.
  • Able or willing to learn to drive marine vessels.
  • Maintain a clean workspace/environment.
  • Communicate with management daily.
