We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Bell Person to welcome guests and provide outstanding support throughout their stay. Position Summary The Bell Person is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression for resort guests by providing luggage assistance, escorting guests to their rooms, sharing resort information, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role plays an important part in ensuring every guest experiences warm hospitality and personalized attention. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure Escort guests to guest rooms and explain resort amenities and services Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment Deliver messages, packages, and guest requests promptly Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, entrance areas, golf carts, and courtesy van Support Front Office operations and participate in team meetings Respond promptly to guest needs and requests to ensure an exceptional experience Follow resort service standards and safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and dependable with a positive work ethic Valid driver's license preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry luggage and guest items Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Our Core Values Integrity Customer Focus Relationship Building Teamwork Passion Self-Motivation Why Join Us?
