As a Bellman/Driver, you will be one of the first and last associates our guests interact with, creating a warm and memorable impression through genuine hospitality, attentive service, and assistance with their needs. This role also includes maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's entrance and lobby areas, occasionally transporting guests within a 5-mile radius of the hotel, and driving a golf cart in the parking lot helping guests get to front desk or their vehicles. Responsibilities Warmly greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Deliver packages, amenities, and other items promptly to guest rooms. Assist with guest transportation needs, including driving guests to local destinations within a 5-mile radius in the hotel vehicle. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the main entrance and lobby area, including doors, mats, and walkways. Empty trash cans and ash urns regularly to maintain a tidy and polished environment. Perform snow shoveling and de-icing of entrance walkways during inclement weather for guest safety. Support the front desk team by handling guest requests and assisting with room moves. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, vehicle operation policies, and Marriott guest service standards at all times. Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred; hotel experience a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to lift and carry luggage, packages, and supplies up to 75 lbs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (snow, rain, heat). Dependable, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
