Job Description
The Country Club of Darien is currently accepting applications for outside operations/bag room workers for the remainder of the 2026 golf season . Do not apply if you are returning to school outside the area at the end of August. The Country Club of Darien is a private club in Fairfield County that offers members golf, tennis, paddle, and swimming. The position is a full time, seasonal position that has the potential to last until Thanksgiving. We are looking for a worker that is reliable, outgoing, hard working and a team player that has golf knowledge. The bag room staff reports directly to the Caddie Manager and the Assistant Caddie Manager. Weekends and holidays are required. The work shifts for this position will vary depending on the day of the week. This job includes but is not limited to club cleaning, cart cleaning, picking range ball, putting away golf bags, and more. This is a full time 32+ hour a week position. This is a tipping position and the tips for the day are pooled between the bag room staff.
