Description Overview Outside Services - Job Overview Wampanoag Country Club is seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for golf and teamwork to join our Outside Services team. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering an exceptional member experience. As a member of the Outside Services team, you will be cross-trained in multiple areas of the golf operation and play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the club. Essential Responsibilities Provide a warm and professional welcome to members and guests upon arrival Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the golf cart fleet Thoroughly clean, wash, and stage golf carts for daily play Assist with the bag drop and manage traffic flow in the cart staging area Maintain the appearance and organization of all practice facilities throughout the day Detail golf carts as needed and as directed by the Department Supervisor Support the daily setup and breakdown of outside golf operations Display a consistent "Member First" attitude and ensure excellent customer service Follow all safety protocols and handle equipment properly Stay flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as assigned Maintain high attention to detail and work quality at all times Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Must be able to bend, twist, squat, reach, and perform other physical tasks throughout the shift Capable of working weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings based on operational needs Benefits Tips Golf playing and practice privileges Staff uniform provided Discounted merchandise
