Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE. Work collaboratively with drivers, dispatchers, and fellow team members. Other duties as assigned.
Airport Transfer ALT Agent Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, baggage handling, or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Ability to work a variety of shifts including AM shifts, PM shifts, weekends and holidays. Job Description:
Responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely handling of guest luggage designated for airport transportation. Receive, verify, scan, and process luggage for airport transfers. Load and unload luggage safely from company vehicles. Sort luggage according to resort, airline, flight schedule, and destination. Verify baggage tags and documentation for accuracy. Ensure luggage is handled carefully to prevent damage or loss. Meet strict operational timelines for airport transfer schedules. Communicate any missing, damaged, delayed, or untagged luggage immediately to leadership. Maintain organized staging and loading areas. Follow all TSA, airport, and company security procedures . Ensure company equipment, including scanners, tablets, keys, luggage carts, and other operational tools are handled properly, maintained in good condition, and returned at the endof each shift. Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of luggage. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE. Work collaboratively with drivers, dispatchers, and fellow team members. Other duties as assigned.
