Qualifications:

Basic English language communications required. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push a cart weighing up to 250 pounds Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time. Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Handles all luggage, baggage, packages, etc. carefully and safely. Completely familiar with all room types, room amenities and Hotel facilities, provides such information to Hotel guests. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented.
