You'll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they're already looking forward to their next stay. Compensation:

$16.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with check-in and service requests Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way Welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel and see them off upon departure Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy

Qualifications:

Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required At least 1 year of previous experience in hospitality as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar customer service position About Company Located on the coastline of Hilo Bay, the Grand Naniloa Hilo, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is 30 miles from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
