From $12.00 per hour Job description: Position Summary The Outside Player Services Golf Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests by assisting with golf operations outside the clubhouse. This role helps ensure a smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable golf experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Load and unload golf bags from vehicles and carts Clean, stage, and store golf carts; ensure carts are fully stocked and charged Set up practice areas (driving range, putting green) and collect range balls Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, bag storage, and practice facilities Provide basic information about course layout, pace of play, and club policies Monitor pace of play and communicate with golf staff as needed Assist with bag storage and retrieval Follow all club safety, service, and etiquette standards Qualifications & Skills Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry golf bags (typically up to 40 lbs) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Good communication and interpersonal skills Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required (training provided) Work Schedule Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays Part-time position / Rehire for 2027 Season Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, lifting, and pushing golf carts and equipment Why Work With Us Friendly, team-focused environment Opportunity to work outdoors at a premier facility Great experience for those interested in golf, hospitality, or customer service
