PT PARKING ATTENDANT/DRIVER

(SEASONAL)

MUST BE AVAILABLE DURING WEEKENDS PART-TIME

23-30 hours per week, open ended for coverage $14.00 + TIPS Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Operates the golf cart to transport guests to their rooms and assists with loading and unloading luggage. Tags, stores, and tracks guest baggage with accuracy to ensure proper handling. Drives the shuttle van safely and efficiently to transport guests to and from designated locations. Maintains cleanliness and readiness of all vehicles, including vans and golf carts. Delivers packages, messages, and other items promptly to guest rooms. Provides clear directions and helpful information about hotel facilities, guest rooms, and nearby attractions.

Minimum qualifications:

Minimum of one-year customer service experience required, previous guest services experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift a minimum 50 pounds and be familiar with local area. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility in scheduling. Must have a very outgoing personality and able to communicate effectively. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional first impression experience. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and concierge area. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is an advantage. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
