What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact Greets guests upon arrival and departure with genuine hospitality Assists with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms Provides information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Escorts guests to rooms and explains features as needed Coordinates with Front Desk and Valet teams for smooth guest arrivals and departures Responds promptly to guest requests and delivers items such as packages or amenities Maintains cleanliness and organization of bell stand, lobby, and storage areas Follows safety and security procedures when handling guest property Operate hotel vehicles, including shuttles, golf carts, or guest cars, to assist with guest transportation and luggage delivery as needed. Previous customer service or hospitality experience strongly preferred Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance Must be reliable, courteous, and able to work in a team environment Must be able to work in a variety of conditions and varying temperatures as this role frequently floats from indoors/outdoors.
