General Summary:

The Gatehouse Attendant is responsible for verifying and documenting the scheduled presence of all guests, visitors, vendors and third-party contractors entering the property.

Essential Job Duties:

Logs in every person that enters the property, such as guests, contractors, vendors, etc, and directs traffic on campus property. Logs in the times of the daily activities of security staff within the community (interior, exterior patrols and emergency calls). Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy. May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

One (1) year of gatehouse and/or security experience preferred. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Computer skills a plus! EEO Employer
