The Galt House Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Bellperson to join our team. As a Bellperson, you will be one of the first and last faces our guests see. You play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting with luggage, offering helpful information, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure. What You'll Do Serve as the welcoming face of the Galt House Hotel, creating positive and lasting first impressions Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide hospitable, professional, and personalized service Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms Share local knowledge, including nearby restaurants, entertainment, and attractions Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, meeting rooms, and dining options Maintain a clean, organized, and professional curbside and work area Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For A team player who embodies and supports the Galt House Hotel brand Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests, management, and coworkers A positive attitude and professional appearance at all times Working Conditions Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling carts, and lifting luggage Active role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds Reach heights of up to 6 feet Remain in a stationary position for up to 1 hour at a time Perform continuous physical movement throughout the shift If you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, we'd love to welcome you to the Galt House team.
