Job Description
1. Facility gate will be closed through your shift. 2. Greet visitors at the gate. 3. Maintain visitors sign in log. 4. Inform Nurse's Station of visitors on the floor. 5. Assist in re-directing residents who are attempting to go out of gate. 6. Assist in re-directing argumentative and/or combative residents at the Nurse's Station discretion. 7. Do at least hourly rounds around property and through facility-reporting an potential problems to the Nurse's Station. 8. Empty all exterior trashcans after 9:00p.m. 9.
