The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general guest needs. This role creates a welcoming first and last impression for guests while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency at all times.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred. Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role a plus. Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
JOB DUTIES
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal items. Escort guests to rooms, provide property information, and explain amenities. Deliver luggage, packages, and other guest items promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entryways, and bell storage areas. Coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
