THE JOB:
As a Bell Attendant for our Front Services department, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests. You will serve as one of the first and last points of contact for hotel guests delivering professional and personalized service while anticipating guest needs. You will own the experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE DAY-TO-DAY
Answer property questions and provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, M life, casino events, promotions, and directions Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority, and notify the supervisor of all unusual events, missing items, or alleged theft Open doors for guests entering and exiting the property Load and unload baggage from guests' vehicles Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the property Provide assistance, offer room orientation, etc. Process tickets for guest items and/or assists with luggage Process group baggage for arrivals and departures Maintain control of and responsibility for the security of the luggage area/roomTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. Previous luxury hotel, resort, casino-resort, valet, transportation, or bell/door experience (preferred) Familiarity with Forbes-style or luxury-service standards (preferred)THE PERKS & BENEFITS

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is: $13.27 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
