We are seeking a motivated, service-oriented Resort Services Attendant to join our team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, guest interaction, and taking initiative. General Purpose of the Position The Resort Services Attendant supports daily resort operations by performing opening or closing procedures, assisting with housekeeping, performing light maintenance tasks, and providing owner/guest services. This role also includes welcoming guests, assisting with luggage and packages, providing pool attendant services, and assisting guests with kayak, paddle board, and pedal bike check-in and check-out. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate basic resort information to guests. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker, self-starter, and effective communicator who takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Resort Operations Assist with residence preparation for arriving owners and guests Follow opening, closing, and evening security procedures Housekeeping Maintain an adequate supply of clean pool towels Miscellaneous housekeeping support and rubbish removal Owner and Guest Services Welcome owners and guests; assist with luggage and packages Provide exceptional customer service at all times Answer guest inquiries regarding the resort and local attractions Work closely with the Resort Manager and Guest Services team Support guests requiring pool access equipment or additional assistance Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with initiative to assist team members Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to lift luggage and perform light physical tasks Professional demeanor and appearance Why Join LeBear?
